While preparing for the concert at the Blue Spruce Bar, your progress will be blocked by a gate secured with a padlock. You won’t be able to move forward unless you find a way to unlock it. Although there is a payphone nearby — hinted at through dialogue as the game's suggested solution — there is actually a much better alternative.

Instead of interacting with the payphone, look to your right and notice a red bike with a pouch attached to its back. The bike belongs to Dylan, who works at the Blue Spruce Bar. Interact with the pouch and pick up the pager; this is where you will find the padlock combination.

Your next task is to flip the pager and interact with the paper slip. Then, flip the paper clip, and the padlock combination code will be revealed.

Now that you have the code, head back to the gate, enter the combination, and voila — your path will be clear, allowing you to move forward.

This won’t be the only puzzle you'll encounter in this scene; there’s another one waiting for you. That said, it’s fairly simple, so from here on out, it should be smooth sailing to the credits screen.
